MANAGER OF THE MONTH

Each month a “Manager of the Month” is chosen. The criteria for being named “Manager of the Month” is effort, attitude, rental income collected at least 95% of market rent, vacancy rate of 3% or less, and the condition (curbside appeal) of the property. The cash bonus for this award is $250.00.
