MANAGER OF THE YEAR
In January, Progress Management holds its annual Property Manager luncheon. Door prizes are given out - courtesy of our most used vendors. Past prizes include: Trips to Hawaii, DVD players, televisions, stereos, and various Gift Certificates to the Mall, and Movie Theaters. Also, at the meeting all twelve “Manager of the Month” recipients receive special recognition and a plaque to commemorate their achievement. Bonus checks are given to all managers who maintain 97% collected of market rent. ($250.00 for each month with a maximum of $3000.00)

The highlight of the meeting is the announcement of “The Manager of the Year”. The prize for the manager of the year is $5000 Cash or a 14 day trip to Europe.

Manager of the Year

Maria Gonzalez is the Progress Management Company’s “Manager of the Year”.  Maria manages Park Terrace Apartments in Escondido.  She started to manage the 122-unit building in March 2009, shortly after the building was acquired.  Maria quickly filled the building with excellent tenants.  Maria was to keep the building 100% occupied throughout most of the year.  Furthermore, all the tenants paid their rent.  She did not have an U.D. all year.  Congratulations Maria!  Have another great year at Park Terrace in 2010.
