Serafin Escobedo is the Progress "Maintenance Technician of the Quarter". Serafin, a long-time Progress employee, does maintenance at the 141-unit Golden Tree Apartments. 

He turns over the apartments very quickly and
handles all after hour emergencies.  Serafin has excellent rapport with the tenants and his manager.  Great work!!
