LaToya is an excellent example of a good manager. She on time with reports, raises her hand to help her team mates, calms resident issues down quickly, and buys doggie bones for her four-legged tenants. She is excited bring new projects to her community and she’s been working well with Fred to address subfloor issues quickly. In August, she was the relentless voice for Progress Management with one of our corporate accounts. She continually followed up with them until they paid us over $40,000 towards her properties, Nimitz Pointe & PB Townhomes, but also towards their balance at Bay Pointe. As a result, she had the highest percentage collected for the whole company. You rock, LaToya!
