Britney has been the Manager of Ramona Village for over 6 months. She is quick learner, since the beginning she has been very independent, she is proactive and reliable, she is adaptable and open to all the new indicatives that we have implemented, like PayScan, CheckScan, market place, online leasing, etc. She leases the units in a fashion manner she units at market or above, never under market!
Ramona Village closed the month of March with zero vacancies and she collected 99.29% SGR. She is aggressive collecting rent, she is not afraid to knock on doors, email tenants, even call them at work or reach out emergency contacts. The move out ratio at Ramona Village is very low, because she understands the importance of providing good customer to her prospect and retain the existing tenants. Britney and maintenance tech are an excellent team, they are constantly looking for improvements around the property, they pay close attention to the curb appeal and to offer the best unit to our future tenants.
